Cancellation Policy

All appointments will receive a confirmation message via text or call 72 hours before their scheduled appointment. If no response, another confirmation will be sent at the 48 hour mark. If the appointment has not been confirmed 24 hours before it is scheduled, it will be cancelled.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "No Show.”

*Please note:  When you receive your text/email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm.  However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the salon to cancel and reschedule for another date.

No Show Policy

If for any reason you do not show up for an appointment without giving us 24 hours notice, you may be charged a “No Show” fee of $50 and you will be required to place a deposit for your next appointment.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $50 may be required when booking any service with a duration of 1-2 hours and a deposit of $75 may be required when booking any service with a duration of 2 hours or longer. (Ex. Smoothing services, corrective color, balayage, and highlights.) The deposit will be placed on the day of booking the appointment. On the day of the service, the deposit will be deducted from the total of the services. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change the date of the appointment we ask for 24 hours in advance. The deposit placed will still be deducted from the new appointment date.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed are starting prices and are dependent on the stylist you book with.
An exact price can only be given at the time of your consultation.
